HOW MUCH MUSCLE CAN I EXPECT TO GAIN WITH EMS?
Working with EMS allows us to build dense, active muscle mass 5x faster than conventional training due to high levels of muscle breakdown releasing the enzyme Human Growth Hormone (A.K.A HGH or youth hormone). During your 20-minute workout, HGH levels can reach 3x that of conventional training.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO SEE RESULTS?
You can expect to feel results within 2-4 workouts!

HOW MUCH TIME CAN I SAVE WITH EMS?
Leisure time is valuable- too valuable to spend with time-consuming and ineffective training sessions. Amped personal training combines the aspect of time saving without compromise. Only 2 times per week for 20 minutes is necessary to get you to your goals! Comparatively, 3-6 days in the gym lifting weights for 1-2 hours is expected for results based conventional training.

HOW MUCH BODY FAT CAN I EXPECT TO LOSE WITH EMS?
Absolutely! In the first phase of training you should expect to gain dense active muscle mass that burns mega calories. As that muscle mass is built and your metabolism increases you will lose inches and in the second phase fat deposits are targeted. After all, the more muscle mass you have the more body fat is burned at rest!
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
For your Consultation and Introductory Sessions you just need to bring water and running shoes the rest will be provided.

For all workouts following you need shoes, water, your underlayer (cotton clothing) and lots of energy!
DO I NEED TO CHANGE MY DIET?
When working with EMS you need to increase your water intake to 4L per day and increase your daily caloric intake to ensure you build dense active muscle mass that will eventually burn fat for you. Our version of metabolic reconditioning.
