Kalyn Steranko

Owner, Operator, Popcorn Fanatic

Kalyn is the owner and operator of Amped Advantage. She is a Master Trainer for XBody Canada, Certified Personal Trainer, level 1 Nutritionist, and level 2 EMS Specialist. She has been in the fitness industry for 7 years. Her Passion for health and fitness began at a very young age and through sports and exercise her love turned into a career of Personal Training.


In 2016 Kalyn discovered XBody through a family member and wanted to bring the technology to Western Canada. Since Amped Advantage opened its doors in 2017 Kalyn has been using EMS to help people from all walks of life become happier, healthier, and stronger.


Allison Matheson

Competitor, Healer, Dog Mom

Allison's training and philosophy focuses on continual lifelong learning while working towards enhancing the overall well-being of her clients by empowering them with the knowledge, skills, support, guidance, and resources to assist and inspire them on their journey to a healthier life. Together you will work with Allison  to transform your quality of life through active participation in regular fitness programs, to make your health goals become a reality, in a caring, fun, and dynamic environment. Her extensive background in health and wellness stems from her Bachelors of Kinesiology, Certified Personal Training Accreditation, Level One Electric Muscle Stimulation Specialist Certificate, Cryotherapy Technician Certificate, and Usui Reiki Level One. Whether it is to be ready for the beach or ready for the mountain,  Allison's mission is to help guide you through your fitness journey to get there.


Leslie Togado

Mother, Friend, Black Belt

Leslie Togado has always believed in the saying 'your health is your wealth' and that you will only see positives in living a healthy lifestyle. Leslie has been in the fitness industry for 9 years as a Certified Personal Trainer, Electric Muscle Stimulation Specialist,  3rd Degree Black Belt, and Certified Instructor in the Art of Tang Soo Do; with a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology as well as Communications. Leslie's passion for fitness, sports performance and helping people meet their goals expanded when she took on the role of Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for the University of Calgary Dinos Football Team in 2012. From there, Leslie started off-season conditioning camps giving her the opportunity to prep high school and junior football teams around Calgary. Outside of strength and conditioning, Leslie has coached Track and in recent years has been training athletes in the sport of bodybuilding, resulting in wins at both city and provincial levels. Leslie's versatility, knowledge, experience, and passion for fitness will motivate anyone to take their fitness goals to the next level.
